Cheese
Our cheese is made from start to finish here on the farm using only the milk produced by our goat herd.
We guarantee all of our cheeses can be traced back to our
Tehama County pastures and goats without exception!
At this time
we continue to produce our signature line of award winning
fresh and seasoned chévre, as
well as a fresh greek style feta which was 2nd in class at
the American Cheese Society Contest 2010. We also offer
marinated feta, as well as a raw milk aged “tome” style
cheese on a seasonal basis.
